There have been a few postings lately of individuals wanting "70" engine parts. Here is what my SEALED POWER catalog shows.... Pistons: L-2318F (This is the 3.125 to 3.250 overbore piston) Piston rings: E-108KC Valve seal: ST-2002 Valve seat: 245-1625-1 Valve keeper: VK-66 Piston Pin Bushings: 9324X010, 9324X, 8649XAS, 8649XA, 8649V20. (numbers depend on piston type. Obviously not for the overbore replacement piston) Main Bearing set: 6633M (std.-10-20-30-40) Thrust washer set: 9811BFA or 9811BF Rod bearings for 1,3&5: 9320CPA (std-10-20-30-40) Rod bearings for 2,4&6: 9320CP (std-10-20-30-40) Cam bearings: 1088M A couple of comments. A few posters have said this uses the same piston as older Dodge trucks. This statement is correct. This piston also fits 33-56 Dodge trucks. Also, this piston is a forged piston so your machinist might want to give it a little more clearance than a cast piston. Also, when ordering parts for these older tractors, you need to frequent your older mom-and-pop parts stores. (or maybe Agco, not sure if they still support the 70 or not) I recently went into a national chain store (that starts with the letter "A" and because it wasn"t in their computer they couldn"t help me. They were completely clueless to get me an oil filter that I needed immediately. Their computer didn"t even list any farm tractors. Also, forgive me in advance if any number is wrong. My parts books are old and it"s possible some of these numbers are now obsolete. I"ll be doing an Oliver 70 overhaul this year that I"ve put off for a long time. Hopefully some of these numbers are still good. If any number is wrong, please post here to correct me. I"m not saying Sealed Power is the best or the worst, it"s the only manufacturer that I have a catalog from. Off my soap box now..... ..
