I heard that a Cockshutt 550 (or something like that) is the same tractor as a Oliver 550. Does anybody have any more information on this?

From 1958 to about 1962 Cockshutt built a 550 that had a 198 Hercules engine and 6speed trans. Sometime after 62 I think when Oliver bought out Cockshutt they put the Cockshutt name on the 550 Oliver for sale in Canada they also did this to the 770 thru the 1900 series and the 50 and the 55 series tractors also. Paint and decals were the only differance.
