Hello, Dean! I read with great intrest your last couple of posts. I remember receiving an e-mail from you sometime awhile back, that you had worked for White. Just a question: one of my cousins works for Barker's, Inc. in SW Iowa. They own several JD dealerships. Good people, too. Any relation to you? Blessings!

I have noticed their advertisements in various farm publications. They are not close relatives that I know of.

Hello, Dean! Thank you for the information on your Experiemental 120. Your tractor and your experience in helping to develope the White tractors would make a fascinating story for one (or both) of the Oliver magazines. I have operated and repaired a lot of different brands of tractors over the years...and I still like the Whites. I am amazed by how much White technology Deere and Case have incorporated into their newest designs...ie a full, cast iron front frame. They used to laugh at Oliver for this very reason! I hope your January is going well! I should be doing homework...but tractor discussions are so much more fun!

How about electric controls for the hydraulics? About 50 years behind Oliver!
