I met a man today that says he has an old oliver forklift that still runs and he thinks it has a buda engine. He says I can have it if I will come and get it,about 50 miles away. Has anyone ever seen one, or is there such a thing? Would it be a 153 Cu In engine ? thanks.

Oliver had a fork lift based on a backward Super 55 from 1954 to 58, then a 550 58 to 60 and 551
60 to 64. It would have a Waukesha engine.
I would get it.

Yep seen more then one Oliver forklift. AS far as the engine I can't help. I know if some one told me I could have it I would have it sitting at my place in 24 hours or less. I'd love to have an old fork lift just to play with and use around the farm. Sure would come in handy doing some of the building etc around my place
