I was wondering if someone out there has ever put bigger valves in the 153ci buda head and if so what will work?I pull this little tractor in antique tractor pulls just trying to let it breath a little better.Any info would be greatly appreciated...

Datsun valves, Can you give me any more info.Like what kind of machine work was involved,any more power etc.etc.Did you have to modify the valves?Are they the same size?bigger?Would like to have some kind of idea what I'm getting into before I start tearing my motor apart.Thanks in advance for anymore info.

Don't know nothin about Datsun valves, but the 6b 230 is the same engine as 4b153 with two more cylinders

Was wondering the same thing myself. I have a 30 that I pull and am in the process of getting a camshaft reground for pulling and a pulling carb.I also wonder how much you can safely mill off the head? Any help appreciated.

don't know about the 4b153 but have used datsun 260z valves on a 6b230. Worked out real well
