Im looking at an Old Oliver Hart Parr. Im guessing early 30's. It is pretty rough. No cover over the exhaust. The only good thing is it is complete. I cant decide if I should keep it, Put it on ebay, part it out, or run away. It is only 2 blocks from my shop. If you email me I can send larger photos or you may be able to blow these up.
Give me your opinion.

Ken, it can be confusing with all the numbers of those early Oliver Hart Parr tractors, 18-27, 18-28, now which is which, and then trough in the 28-44, 80, 90, 70, if you are not used them it gets intense. I have owned and restored them all so I am familiar with them.

Steve What does the tag behind the Magneto have on it? That alone will tell you what it is. The brakes on that tractor look just like a Oliver 80 rearend I have

Steve, again, it is an Oliver/Hart Parr 18-27 Row Crop, built somewhere between 1934-1937.

It is an 18-28. The Hart-Parr cast into the side of the block, the small radiator tank, and the PTO-pulley lever pretty much tells me that it isn't an 80 and it is deffinately not and 18-27.
