I have a 1950 Oliver 66 with a damaged PTO. The stub shaft front bearing boss in the final PTO drive box (p/n 1K-1570) is broken and unusable. The local boneyard has a junk 77 with the PTO intact. Will the PTO assembly, including final drive box, final PTO drive gears and PTO clutch assembly from a 77 fit a 66?

Yes it will. Number one cause of that bearing failing is the shaft you attached to it does not either telescope enough or does not telescope freely. Questions? J.
