Anyone have a steering knuckle with shaft they would want to get rid of? The cast number is 1E-714. It"s for the left side front. Thanks

Talk to Kent and he can find just about anything for S55/550. Highly Recommended as I have bought parts from him before.

Yes, I snapped the spindle off on the knuckle. So I pulled the whole assembly out.

the same thing happened to me. I priced out a new one and it cost at the time was about $400.00 canadian, and about $290.00 for a used one that I figured that it may wind up snapping. I took mine off also and took it to a good machine shop and they welded a new spindle onto the knuckle. they did a very very good job and it has lasted 16 years so far

You must be thinking of a different part. I have seen them aftermarket for 107.00 US.

Maybe I am, but what I am thinking of is the spindle that the front wheel bearings ride on.
I"m sending from canada, so the prices i"m quoting are probably outragous compared to u.s funds.

Matt,
I have two super 55's and three 550's. I have bought some used parts from Kent through the years and highly recommend him.
