Hey guys I need some help on the value of a 1951 Oliver 77 row crop. It has been sitting for ten years but the motor is free. Where going to try to get it to run. I noticed that there has been a weld job on the block below the carb. It has a narrow front and 13.6 tires on the back that are 75% but mismatched. The sheet metal is fair with a few dents but somewhat rusty. I believe it has one side curtain. It is my neighbors and he is thinking about selling it and i would like to know what a fair price would be. Any advice on the value would be a help. I'm located in central Wi knowing that location also has affect on $.

None running, with only one of 4 side curtains I would say $150 -500 depending on how good/bad the tires are.

Between $500 and $600 is very fair and generous at this time. These models are very common but consider what may be wrong that you don't see. I would be concerned about the block repair. If you can't get it for $600 or less I would leave it sit. There are just so many of these out there that you can be choosy.
