Had planned on painting grill yellow. Have paint to do so. In cleaning up grill to paint I uncovered red paint. Had friend look at a he also felt it had been painted red. He has restored 1937 Oliver 70 with the Dark Green paint and Orange stripe on frame and front with orange grill. He also has brochure showing the orange grill. The '38 has same paint pattern only with the lighter green and red stripe. It it possible they followed the '37 paint pattern in 1938 and painted the grill red matching the stripe? I really like the yellow better but if it was originally red I would go that route. Hs any one seen one with red grill in old pictures or or brochure.

Oliver 70-The Oliver Hart Parr 70 was before 1938. My friend"s 1937 is the Hart Parr Oliver 70 Row Crop. Very certain of the orange grill on it as he has a color brochure introducing it.
