Help ! My RC66 has a stuck trans. I cannot move the lever more than straight from 5th to 1st..with a bit of effort, and neutral is not as free as I think it should be - sometimes buzzes when clutch is engaged. I pulled the cover and even manually cannot move the mainshaft gear back off the countershaft gear to find neutral. I do not want to really pry on it for fear of breaking something worse! Anyone have any ideas??

Your problem is not that bad. Age is creeping up on it. Send me an e-mail. I am out of town until Wednesday about noon. O. K. J.
