Hello, Every time I blade the driveway I get so angry at the stupid 'backwards' leveling crank. (previous 8N crank leveling was opposite) Turning the crank clockwise (looking at it from the back) raises the right arm. This just feels so wrong when you are sitting in the seat, as you are pushing down on the crank my brain says that side of the implent should go down, however it does not)
ALso, I would like to weld a small 'ball' on the end of the crank handle so it is easier to grip and turn. Was thinking 3/4 to 1" would be about the right size. What should I use for the 'ball?'
As always..... ..... .thanks.

The balls in the brake actuator, of my 1850, are about 1 inch. Might find some of those at the salvage yard.
You can get new ball bearings at McMaster-Carr or similar supply company. Some Hardware Stores or Auto Parts stores may have them as well.
