The Lynden, Washington show is Aug 2-5. The Oliver guys from the Pacific Northwest are making a special effort to have some rare and unique Oliver tractors at the show this year because Sherry Schaefer, Editor of the Oliver Heritage magazine is coming to the show. For example, there will be an 80 Diesel, 1955 Hi-Crop, several different FWA tractors and at least 5 Super 99 GMs there just to name a few. As usual there will be a number of Oliver tractors in the pulling contest. Lots of Detroit Diesels and a V8, turbo charged, Cat powered 2255 that pours out the smoke and always puts on a good show. This could be your chance to say hi to Sherry without driving half way across the country. Bring your Oliver to the show. You never know, it may show up in the magazine. If you are an Oliver fan living the Northwest you don't want to miss this. Hope to see you there. Please say Hi if you see me. Thanks!

Do you know which day or days she will be there? I have the infamous "family campout" that weekend, but could possibly make it up during the week. Not bringing a tractor- the OC4 is under the weather, and the 550 is not one that I would "take to the fair" at this point.

I'll bring my Super 55, but do you think people will notice it's missing it's engine? Looking forward to the show. I was looking at the long range weather forcast and looks good.... cooling off. Let's just keep the rain clouds away.
