I finally got my Pertronix kit today. About $90 and 1 1/2 months wait for it, but it only took 15 minutes to install and I cna't wait to put it to work to see just how good it is....

Just a note, when I contacted Pertronix for the kit for my IH industrial, they gave me two suppliers in WI to order from. However, I also asked if they would have it in stock and Pertronix then gave me a phone number for a supplier in Colorado who they said would have it in stock. Got it the next day with a little bit more shipping cost. I could not wait as long as you did because this was for our irrigation motor and we needed it now.

I normally ain't that patient, but the 1600 wasn't too busy after I replaced the points to run the blower, and then it was running fine so I just kept checking on it when I could.

I got it from Automotive Supply. It was on back order from pertronix so it took a little longer than 7-10 business days for it to get here....
