I just bought a Oliver 1650 Gas.After driving it home about 3.5 hrs I see a crack in the manifold, about one inch long just above the carburetor. Is there something I can put in the crack to fix it?Or will need to buy that part of the manifold? Thanks for all your help.Jim

If the crack is in the exhaust part of the manifold , the JB weld won't stsnd the heat and it makes a stinky mess to clean up to do a proper weld . The best repair is oxy/acet weld done with bare cast iron rod , that way the material that you add is nearly identical to the manifold.
Find a local weld shop that does o/a repair,
if you can't find one ,I can do it for you.

If JB Weld fails, just replace the manifolds. I replaced intake and exhaust on my 1650 for a mear $250. Runs like a top and it will last for quite some time.

If it is a small crack, try some JB Weld. Stuff works really well. If it fails then try a more intrusive repair.
