A couple of years ago, I fixed the brakes one one side with some help of you, but now the other side went, and I fixed it, but the brakes seem to be holding up and not releasing. I put new seals, brake pads and springs in it. I have adjusted the parking brake to be backed way off, but when trying to move, I can still feel it holding just a bit. Any thoughts?

I would remove the cover and make sure the parking brake actuating lever (vertical shaft in cover) is not hanging up and is free to move to fully retracted position. Still sounds like a linkage problem as long as your springs are new. Also check the pedals. Occasionally the pedal return springs get weak and the pedals will settle just 1/4' or so, and that can be enough to partially engage the brakes. If all that checks out, you may have to make a linkage adjustment for the linkage between the pedals and the brake valve for that side.

I had loosned the linkage up quite a bit, but WFE you gave me an idea to see if it was hanging up. It seemed that it was, and after some working it by hand, seems to have gotten it past what ever was creating a hang up.
Thanks for the idea.
