Hi Fred , The good news is I may have found one , the bad news is it's in Canada . That's not real bad news but it might make things more difficult . All I got was a phone # for the place but the inventory search showed that they had one . Might be the last one in existance that's NOS . If you post back here I'll give you my cell # and you can call me and I'll tell you about it . Take care -Randy

Fred; the 24 hour or Military time is simple enough, 1300 is 1 PM, 1800 is 6 PM etc. I believe that there may be a confusion looking at times on here because we dont know where the writer is located to adjust for "local" time. Thats why in the military we had Zulu time.

RANDY !! MY MAN !! I almost can't believe it! If I weren't tied to this machine right now I'd be dancing across the living room floor!! Yipee!!

Hi Fred , I MAY have found one . Wesley told me it was in the inventory on the computer but the only way to know for sure is to call them . I hope they do but I can't say for sure . What time is it there ? Are you Eastern or central time ? ...Randy

Randy - I spoke with "Bruce" in parts at Lawson Sales this morning. He confirmed that he had the part. I asked him to drag out the "ole tape measure and check some nominal dimensions for me and he did. The dimensions matched. I told him I wanted it and we arranged shipment. It ships TODAY! Can"t ask for any more help than that!! It actually seemed that he was relieved to get rid of the part - I got it for what I thought was a good price - a couple of dollars more than the part you mentioned. It is a terrible understatement to say that I am thrilled! (my buddy will be too). At the risk of becoming tiresome, let me say "Thank You" again. Your help made all the difference...

Hi Fred , Glad to hear that they had it ! It's alway's a gamble with those internet inventory things . Sounds like the price wasn't to out of line either . I hope it fixes that machine right meaning that I hope that that was the only problem it had . It's a very good machine for simply mowing hay in a flat field . If it's set right it cut's like a razor . Glad I could be of some help . Good luck with it ! ...Randy

Randy - we're on Central time - same as you... I've been looking at the TIME on these posts & I can't figure it out. I assumed that they were recorded on a 24 hour clock, but after thinking awhile I'm more confused than ever.
About the call & other expenses: Please do what you've got to do. I will cover all expenses. Here's the deal - the guy I'm trying to help -> His Dad has been a real friend to me since I've been down here, and so I really want to do all I can to help him out. If (when) we talk on the phone I'll elaborate... Just be assured that I will repay...
Call tonight if you wish. I typically stay up late so that will not be a problem. I have already posted my contact info. And THANKS AGAIN for all you are doing...
