Hey guys, Anyone buy the rod bolts and bearings for the 310 in the last few months? What did they cost? I called the local ag dealer and they said $120 for bolts? That seems a bit high to me for 6 bolts.

Thanks
Mike

Anyone ever checked to see if ARP offers a bolt that would work? Not sure if they would be any cheaper, but at least you would know you got "the best."

I was wondering the same thing. I saw in JEGS you can get a top of the line set of ARP bolts for a small block chevy for around$60-$70,but a factory set for an Oliver is $100+. Go figure.

I priced agco and Farmersville Equipment. Farmersville was about $95 with the bolts and washers. That was a month or so ago.

strongman,
Give Jerry a call at Ag Parts First. he will be alot cheaper than an agco dealer as he is a waukashau engine parts dealer. I have got a couple sets from him and they are about half the price of agco. (330)264-9720

Yep, they are really proud of those bolts, aren't they. I bought mine a few weeks ago and choked on my coffee when they priced them. Oh well, what can you do, all the other Oliver parts are expensive too.

12 bolt's, not 6. I bought mine a year ago and that was about the price. As the other poster said, they are important, cheaper than throwing a rod!

That should be for 12 bolts. Yes, they get plenty for them, but they are a pretty important piece.
