55 series utility help.

I'm looking at the carcass of what I think is a 1555 utility. It is for sure a 55 series dash and does have the set back utility front axle. My spec number reference does not show a number like this one. It is spec number 599-22486 and serial number 232973-692. So what am I looking at for sure.

By the numbers that you have provided, it translates into a 1955 built in 1972. The first three digits in the spec number "599" is the number for an early model 1955, fourth number is diesel and fifth is adjustable front axle.
The last three digits in the serial number area "692" is the transmission and differential for a 1955.
