SAW AN OLIVER 66 DIESEL GO FOR $2500.00 AT A SALVAGE AUCTION IN OKLAHOME TODAY---REPORTABLY IT WAS A BIDDER ON THE TELEPHONE & WOULD HAVE PAID UP TO $3000.00 FOR IT---ARE THESE WORTH THAT & THAT COLLECTABLE???

I bought my supper 66dsl for 500, bought 77dsl 600 and 88dsl 1200, if you by from guys trying to make a living saleing them they seam to be worth a whole bunch, I always here there are not any around but i have seen a few,

A 66 diesel is worth that much or more if it runs well. The key is that it's diesel. Not nearly as many 66s or 55s made in diesel. Pretty interesting item.

That tractor is a dime a dozen in my part of the country. I guess if one is completely restored
and in top condition some people would pay
that kind of money, but it seems a little much.
In certain parts of the country maybe it is worth that kind of money.
