I HAD SAME PROBLEMS WITH MY, 550,770, AND 1650
TRACTORS. WHAT I DID IS I TOOK MY PUMP TO THE LOCAL CARQUEST PARTS STORE AND THEY SENT IT OUT TO THEIR W/PUMP REBUILDER-SUPPLIER AND HAD THEM REBUILD IT THEMSELVES. HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THE PUMPS SINCE.

Old,
Try shutting off your computer and re-boot it again. Try that first see if that helps?
When was the last time you done a disk clean up on C drive in your computer? Mike

A kit for a 66 or 77 will work fine but you will need the late style (66 or 77) impeller.
