The answer that Mr. Star gave is correct. However maybe a little more information is needed. The H numbered weights were first used on the model 60's, but became more popular with the tractors with 3 point hitches, starting in 1950. The 66, Super 66, and 660's all had the pressed steel wheel and rim. The early 77's also. They were a option in later years. When Oliver put the first model of 3 point on the 66, 77, and 88 it was of the category #1 size. With the 66 they could add weight to the front by puting weight(s) on the front wheels. The 77 and 88 did not need any weight up front, as they were heavy enough to handle any catergoy 1 implement mounted on the back. Oliver did not build any frame weights for these tractors. Soon after they came out with the Super series of tractors, Oliver came out with the heavier Hydra-Hitch. They had already changed the frame on these tractors with the addition of the mounting pads, so all they had to do is put on the frame weights Mr. Star is talking about. These are the same type of weight that was used on the 660, 770 and 880's. I hope this helps clear up the frame weight questions.
