Two things for sure it is not a 1948 since it is a Diesel. Second thing is he give a 1955 Super 77 serial number with the slow speed ring and pinon. I need to clean my glasses a little better but that looks more like a wide front for a 66 than a 77. So it might have extra long axles. Big deal there were some around here on MAr-beet sugar beet harvestors.

Hello John,

I thought the same thing on the tub being a super series. Never seen a W/F quite like that on supers but I wasn't sure. Mike

He says it's a 48, but looks like super frame to me.

This guy is high, wish that I had what he is smoking. It sure looks like it is a regular to me. There is a guy that has a brand new JD pedal tractor on ebay and they want $1,295 for it and there are others on there for $195. Some people need to learn there market. If there were really 400 of these made it would not be that rare. If this was a highcrop you might get some were in this ballpark. OC6 high crop diesel restored in Ohio two years ago brought 40grand and Olie Schaffer has a 88 high crop that he wants north of 40grand for (16X what was paid for, I never get those bargins at an auction). The orchards in the fleetline series will bring 20grand restored.

Brad,
I seen the same ad on ebay also, not sure what pea viner is myself. I would think for the dollars wanted for it should be all restored. Maybe someone will shed a little more light on this?
New to me! Mike
