The 1850d came with a 354 perkins diesel.Oliver promised at least 92 hp.Late models came with over/under starting in 1968.I have one with a series three perkins she will dyno 140hp.even with a turbo and more power you will be hard pressed to find another tractor for its size bettor on fuel.the tractor was bought on a auction for $3500 and needed tires did have new frontend and new engine(was late in the day almost everyone had left)I have seen nice ones go for upto $8500.

The gas 1850 is rated at 93 HP, though they can easily dyno 100 HP or so by tweaking the carb and governor. The gas 1850
is however pretty thirsty for fuel...

1850's a strong and bulletproof tractor. Around here (western NY) a good one will go for $4,000 to $5,000, depending on
hours, condition of tires, etc.

I believe the 1850 was rated around 92 hp. The one you're looking at may have more or less depending on the condition of the engine. Diesels used a 352 cu. in. Perkins that was naturally aspirated. They're a good engine. Not sure what the gas engine was, perhaps a 310 cu. in. but there was definitely a gas engine available. In good condition I would estimate the price to be 4500 to 6000 dollars.
