I have an oliver 1650 Diesel that I have owned for a couple of years now, and I have purchased a manual, but, for the life of me, cannot find how to replace the oil filters. If anyone can help me, please do. If you could help me find a diagram of their location, and replacement procedure, that would be greatly beneficial.

There is a filter for the transmission lube under your left foot(platform), behind the battery box. The hydraulic filter on the 1650 I think is between your legs, a larger casting with a hex on the end of it. There are the filters on the hydra power(or over/under if equiped with either) and the engine, they should be obvious. The hydra power and transmission use the same filters.

There is also a screen for the transmission pump intake, it is one of the plugs underneath. That one you just clean out and put back in, but you need to drain the whole rear end to take it out. There are 2 plugs you need to remove on the transmission to drauin all of it. Don't be surprised to get water first. You'll need 2 5 gallon pails, or you'll have a mess when you drain the rear. I think it is 8 gallons, could be more though.
The hydra power calls for type "A", which is now Dexron/Mercon III automatic transmission fluid. you can use hydraulic oil, but you're not supposed to mix them.

I'm not sure how you drain the hydraulic system on the 1650, when I was working on my 1600 the lines were rotted and it drained itself so I didn't have to worry about it.
Hope this helps, others will step in where I missed.

I forgot to add the link. It will help you look up filters.

I would add that you are better off with a tall filter on the rear. The brace and the battery box are in the way and a taller filter is easyer to screw on and off.AC pf 2 or fram ph8a.
