I have an Oliver 1855 dsl with the two standard spool valves. I was wondering how I can go about adding more spool valves since you can never have too many? I was hoping to add a set of four or more inside the cab however I would like to know. 1. What type of spools I need? Such as closed or open center and flow rates. I believe I need a closed center with greater than 22.5 gpm flow but wanted to double check.
2. Is there an adapter plate I can purchase to add hoses for an external set of spools or can I just machine the existing spool cap to accept hoses and mount that plate directly to the rear end housing?
3. I'm hoping there is a simpler way since other people have talked about remote spools on this forum however they don't go into detail about adding more.

I appologize if my terms aren't accurate since working with hydraulics is new to me.

Thank you,
Chris

I have 2 remote valves if you are interested, 1 is a float valve and the other is not. IF you have a the factory Olive cab there should be slots for 2 more remotes. LEt me know, Marc

I have three on mine now came with two got one at a salvage yard and just stacked on with longer bolts and O rings and made the extra lever needed. You will add two more spools and bolts long enough for four and two levers and hoses.
