I was wondering if the January issue is out yet or not- I had trouble in receiving it last month, and I am wondering if it got lost in the mail again....

Re: Oliver 70 starter in reply to j meyer, 01-15-2006 18:06:56
Can anyone tell me what the serial and specs of the original Oliver 70 (year 1947 industrial wide wheels)starter. I know it's a Delco-Remy direct drive. I need a new stronger and faster starter to fit with the original ring gear and engine holding plate, as I am putting in a small diesel engine to replace the dead Continental. Also if anyone knows a suitable replacement. thanks

I think Sherry is switching the release date so both magazines don't come out at the same time. You weren't the only one who didn't get it on time last time.....

We have changed the mailing date so that Oliver Heritage comes out in the opposite month of the HPOCA magazine. We're skipping January, although this does not affect the number of magazines in anyone's subscription. The February/March issue is at the printers and will be mailed around February 1.

Thanks Sherry,

Still a member of HPOCA but I think your magazine is better! Hated to have them both come at the same time, cause I did't want to miss things.
