I have a oliver white 1370 which has a slow moving uppward and downward speed on the 3pt hitch.Is there an adjustment i can do or is it because it's too cold outside in the winter? thanks for all the coming info/advice..

First of all how cold is it Does it make a noise when the hitch raises? How much weight do you have on the three point? Do you have an operators manual? shop manual. Right now I am trying to remember in my head what all that sensitivity adjustment does.

it's about 0.f there is no noise at all,and no weight on it. I do not have any manuals of it. Thank's in advance..
