About a year ago the TSC stores had these. I told Santa that I wanted one and I guess I was a bad boy because I never got one. (Actually it was to be for
the kids to ride in our basement) I"m 6"5" and I don"t think I would quite fit on it.

Maybe this year..... .

There is a TSC comeing soon about 5 miles from my house right now, but we've got Fleet Farm. They are based out of Appleton(our store) where they are almost done building their new store. The place is bigger than a super walmart, but they actually have some good stuff and pay their employees. They've got 4 pedal tractors at Fleet Farm, a generic green, a Ford, an Allis, and a Fleet Farm limited edition 50 year anniversary w/ cart. I had 2 pedal tractors growing up, and I rode them until I couldn't anymore, niot only because I was too big but I just plain wore them out. Still have them, and I want to fix them up some time.

Back when I was a kid our local Oliver dealer had two pedal tractors. I never had a pedal tractor so the only time I got to ride one was when dad and I had to go in for parts.
I see the same ones on ebay now for $2K+.
I"m sure your grandkids will enjoy it!

I always loved going to the dealer with my dad for that too. Most common was the Massey dealer, but they were starting to get the plastic ones out by then. I'm only 21, so I've got a few years yet until I get grandkids, right now I'm not even married so the 2nd generation is a ways off yet also.... I know the good metal ones my brothers and I had would be worth something if they were in better shape, but the Farmall has almost no paint left, is missing one of the back tires, and the Allis has a busted steering wheel(aluminum like it should be) and is missing a front wheel or 2, but the paint is a little better on that one. Some time I'll have to order mew wheels for both, maybe some new pedals too....
