Someone told me that engine parts (eg. valves, pistons, sleeves, head gaskets, etc) for the Oliver model 60 (or Cockshutt 60) are pretty much impossible to buy. Apparently there might be some old stock around but nothing in the aftermarket? Any suggestions or contacts that you might have would be appreciated.

Thanks but one question. Where would the bigger piston come from?

You can also get most of the gaskets from AGCO or at least my local dealer stocks most of what is availble. F model Continental pistons will work and probaly are the best buy. You will also need to recondition the rods. The pin is slightly smaller, than you also get rid of the shim adjustment. I also used Oldsmobile valves. Questions find me on the HPOCA web site and I will call you.

Thanks for the advice, here are a couple more questions. So that would be F400 (4-cylinder) series or F600 (6-cylinder) series for Continental flatheads? Any particular size that comes to mind, obviously it would be the same as the Oliver bore which I don't have handy for size reference. Then, what model & size of Olds engine for the valves? And last, what does HPOCA stand for as a website?
