I have a Year-Around Cab that i have started to get workable again. Interior fan/blower works fine but the windshield wiper doesn't.
Question is -- How do I get the motor out?

I pulled the AC unit but the defrost direction control is next and it looks to be welded in. I can see the winshield wiper motor, can even touch it, but I don't see any way ot it from inside the cab. Am I missing something?
From outside the piece of the cab above the windshield looks like it might be removable if the bottom flange isn't welded on.

This motor has to be replaceable! How do I go about it?
