My Super 88 brake pedal lever pulled out of the right side pedal when my son was backing it off the trailer Saturday. It has done this once before, what can be done to keep this from happening? It's not a problem much but it won't go back as easy as it came loose. Thanks

The middle brake pedal will come out if the brakes are not adjusted properly. In other words when the brakes get worn and you have to press the brake pedal farther down, this is when the middle one can slip out. Either brakes can just be adjusted to take up slack or if they are adjusted all the way up new linings will be required.

If that doesn't work call me, we'll figure out something. My 77 and 88 have a small piece of metal to hold the rods in the pedals but I can't remember if the Supers do or not. I had to make a longer one for my 77 to hold it in.
