Going to get a owners manual, but wanting to get the fluids changed in my Oliver 70 I just purchased. What weight of oil to use?, and radiator cap says water?, there should be antifreeze also added, correct? And do I want to add a lead substitute to the fuel so not to burn valves? Thanks.

In the engine I'd use a 30W oil, the rear end a 80W-90 or an 80W-140. Yes a 50/50 mix of water and anti freeze is good. Back when some of them where made anti freeze wasn't to be had so it said water. Also don't waste your money on the lead stuff it doesn't help and running unleaded gas will not hurt the engine on that.

In all of my tractors I run 40W or 50W in the summer and 30 in the winter. I also only use Valoline raceing oil in all of them and my cars/trucks. That way I only have to keep 1 type of oil on the place.

Wouldn't the 40w or 50w be a little to heavy?

Not in the summer, I have one tractor that the manual says to use 50W in the summer. When temps are 90 plus out the 50W works just fine.
