According to COCKSHUTT, THE COMPLETE STORY,
The first Co-0p was built in 1936 by the Farmer's
Union Coop of St Paul Minn. It had a 5 speed trans.
and a Chrysler engine and were designated No,1
No.2 and No.3. These tractors were popular in the Midwest and the Dakotas. If you can get a copy of
this book it has quite a bit about these tractors
and pictures tho most of it is about Cockshutts Coop E2 3 4 and 5 , Gambles farmcest and CCIL
tractors which were all the same in different colors.
