I have an Oliver 55 and would like to find a source for info about it. Is it different than a Super 55, how is it different, engines that came in a 55 for that year, what year is it, etc. I am starting from scratch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look for a serial number on a plate by the clutch petal. To start with, if it has hydraulics, where is the hydraulic filter located?

Filter is a cartridge in the casing just under the seat on left side. dealer ordered one for me yesterday!

All 55's were super,there was no non super 55.Older ones do have some differances.
