Anyone know of someone that has a replacement cast nose for these big boys. Preferably a fiberglass. Need to put one on a diet.

Thanks

Eddie

If I remember right a few years ago there used to be an ad in the NTPA Puller magazine with fiberglass Oliver grills for sale.He also had light weight front parts for other make tractors too.

The question is, how much are you willing to spend? If you have a good autobody shop in your area that specializes in fiberglass, they're your best shot. I happen to live next to one such shop. They could take your cast grill, make a mold of it and then spray you a new one out of fiberglass. My brother worked there for about 5 years until he moved on this year.

I have two 2255s that I'm trying to lighten up. I thought of making a new grill out of aluminum or wood. I heard that there is a fellow that makes fiberglass grills. I have not been able to track his # down yet.
