Is it possible these fit a Oliver 70? 10 spline 2 3/8" axle? Seem narrow for it.

I have 10 x 38 F&H round spoke rears on my 1938 70 rowcrop. Mine has 10 spline axle, a bear to adjust as they are clamped on the axle with two bolts. The 2 3/8" size seems right as I measured mine, it is the same or close as the width of a dollar bill. I also have a set of weights that hook to the spoke with J bolts. My goal is to get it on the road by the time we both turn 70 as Dad bought it new about 4 months after I was born. Hope this helps.
