I need to know what the spray quanity goin to the cylinder should be or any setup info pertaining to the injector pump. (It's for a tractor for a school project)

88 Diesel with Bosch PSB inj. CC cubic centimeters of fuel delivered per nozzle for 500 plunger strokes per nozzle 1600 engine rpm full load - 18.5 to 19.5 cc 1100 - 20 to 22.5 cc 200 to 400- 18.5 to 19 cc The last spec. is for starting-cranking preformance.These spec.are only useful with a pump calibrating stand.If you have a working inj. pump leave it be.Parts are expensive!!
Being a single plunger pump there is no cyl. to cyl. calibration.Fuel delivery can be set on a Pto. dyno.By watching horsepower& smoke color.

I don't have the service manual for this tractor and unless anyone else does, it may be difficult to get a response on this one. I would say a good place to go would be to your nearest AGCO White dealer who would have access to either the service manual or to a company rep. who could provide this answer. Your nearest White dealer can be located on AGCO's website at www.agcocorp.com
