Just watched an E-2 sell at auction for $2900. Would not run, very rusty, needed rubber. Was this a normal price? Someone said only 1000 were made??? Just wondered.

sounds high, about 4000 Cockshutt 20/Coop E2's were made.
Was this the sale at Salem?

Yes. Salem IN. I thought it was high for the shape the tractor was in. The JD L went for 1300 and it was in boxes.
