5 gear oil filter question

I have been unable to find a tall spin-on oil filter for the 5 gear Oliver 70 engines. The WIX 51106 will work if I shorten the standpipe that's in the center of the cast filter base, but I'd rather not do that. I'd like to find a filter that had a smaller diameter but was as tall as the WIX 51105's that work well on the later 3 gear engines.
Appreciate any suggestions or solutions you may have.

Barry. I use Baldwin Filters. The Oliver 70 takes a T303-M. I have a PT 302 on one 70, that is what the S55 77 S77 uses, it seems to work well. These filters are quart size filters. Several years ago I used Hasting filters, if I find a Hasting filter No I will post the NO. Delbert.

I use N.A.P.A. 1150. That is what WIX converts to. I have a taller one that only #700 on is
NAPA thinks that is 1700,but he did not have one in stock to check.

Thanks for your reply. Now at least I have a starting point. There are very few NAPA stores around here, but I'll track one down and see what happens. Thanks again.
Barry
