Restored ~10 years ago, and parked as a decoration at an orchard. Runs still, usual amount of patina over 10 year old paint job.

Serial number 47-30-2218, 4 cyl Buda, did not look at it much so don't know for sure about LPTO or Hydraulic.

Was on almost new rubber that now has 10 years of sun damage.

$500 for anything that runs is a steal. I've got a good running Cockshutt 30 with a 3Pt, Hi/Lo, Belt Pully, like new tires, good tin and I wouldn't take less than $3,000 for it.

Heh, maybe I should rephrase the question.

It is a tri-cycle.

The place that has it is a Ferguson/Massey collector. I stopped in to view a lone Super M among his many Grey Fergies when I just happened to ask after the CO-OP. He re-did it some time ago as a project, but seemingly has no interest in it. He said $500 dollars would take it home. I scratched my head knowing nothing of it (I am from central Kentucky (Farmall Country), Oliver/Cockshutt/MM are rarer the farther south you go).

Is it in the ballpark, a steal, not likely worth even that?
