Looked at a very good 263 Oliver disk tonight, and I was wondering what it is worth. 14', and always shedded- disks look very good. So, whats it worth, and dont reply whatever you pay, I'd like a serious answer! Thanks to any and all that reply:)

I just so happen to see the same # disc sell in eastern Iowa. This one also was very good with all decals still in place and only one outside blade with a fist sized chunk missing. All the rest of the blades were excellent and coated. The cylinder was on but not an oliver cylinder. The disc brought exactly $360. As you go bigger from here they usually get cheaper as I've noticed. The 10 foot discs are hard to find and bring the big money.

i bought a 263 disc (18 ft) about 7 years ago. i gave the guy 450.00 for it with the cylinder.after the first year i put all new blades and bearings in it. blades were about 6 bucks each and bearings were 30.00 each.that comes to about 1290.00 total. might seem like a lot but it did a real nice job. heavy enough to cut deep but did a decent job as a finishing disc when the gangs were angled right. sure don't like them manual fold wings though!!!napaguy
