Sure looks nicer than anything we got here. For what you got in it you are well ahead of the game in my book.

Luke, would you sell the AC compresser bracket? We are working on a 1955 with the same cab and need one.

Here is my view on the cost of your 1955 for what my opinion is worth . Go out an price a new John Deere turbocharged 105 hp tractor with a cab , 18 speed transmission , dual hydraulics etc and see what the cost is . The price would be somewhere between $45,000 and $50,000 . Now admittedly there are advantages to a new tractor but that 1955 with the updates on the engine is a good machine and will do a lot of work . I would say you did well , really well .

Nice looking tractor! I would not sell my 1955 for 6k, so I don't think you paid too much.

The left one is actually at a little over 50%. The right one is smooth though. I am only going to use this tractor for pulling the round baler, so it isn't much of an issue. But if I could find another 50% or so goodyear dyna-torque II to match the left side I'd snatch it up in a hurry.

It looks nice, but I would have sold you a bigger 2150 for a lot less than that.

I didn't give $9000, I gave $6000 but then had to spend $3000 to get it to the way I wanted it.

Ok that sounds better. What all did you do to it? I still have a 2150 for sale if you or anyone you know is interested. It's a real nice tractor with a lot of power

New turbo, new injectors, new rod bolts, new chain coupler, all new fluids and filters, replaced every hose on the thing, repaired radiator, and a lot of little piddley stuff that added up to 3G's.
