And it has an american bosch pump.Anybody had one rebuilt. part # psb6a 70v-54550A1
cust. part 6071

I agree with J. start at the fuel tank sediment bowl and check that you have good fuel flow there, then change the filters and make sure good flow there. Then crack the fuel line going in to the pump and make sure you have fuel there before you pull the pump off. You wouldn't believe how many people have had pumps rebuilt just to find out they forgot to turn on the fuel valve or to put fuel in the tank or even to see if the filters where clogged

Sorry guys I meant what can you tell me about the tractor.such as the year how many were made and what years were they made, options and so on.I have never owned an oliver
I will check out everything before taking off the pump.Thanks for the year and info anything else you can think of is welcomed.

It is an early 880, 1958 to be exact. It still has the spur gear transmission. Before you get in to the pump how about making some simple checks of the fuel system first.
