Hello to the group,

I have an Oliver 77 with dual hydralics (will operate 2 cylinders) and one of the control levers broke off flush with the housing. It is the style that has plugs for solenoids on the side of the housing. Has anyone tore into this style system to change a control lever? I have been using both sides, but can get by with one if it is too much of a job. Any comments will be greatly appreciated!

Rod

I broke one years ago. Just took the cover off and the lower part just pulled out. Replaced cover and continued to use tractor while I found someone to weld the broken lever. It is made of an aluminum alloy. The welded lever is still hanging in the barn. Some day I'll put it back in.
