This tractor sticks in gear when under pressure. Can't back up after the loader is loaded. Have to jack up back wheel to take pressure off to get it out of gear.

My 1850 did the same thing last winter. It was the tube the throwout bearing rides on. It was wore clear through and gone. The clutch was wore pretty good to. I replaced everything while I was in there. Surface that flywheel to. It"s a big job but not to bad. The parts arn"t that bad either. Good luck, PK.

Sounds like it might be time for a new clutch, you could try adjusting it according to your operators manual first, but it probably needs a new clutch.
