I got the one I took off my 1850 for sale.....Haven"t had any interest in it? Strange IMO, if it was an IH it would have sold awhile ago.

I guess they are if you need one. The AgCo dealer here has at least one for sale used and you can find them without a whole lot of trouble if you need one. I think there is a demand for them, but there is a pretty good supply too.

Depends on what you are asking for it too. I bought a G-1355 front axle that I put on my 1855 last year, I think I paid $600 for it and put another $200 in parts in it before I broke it trying to modify it. That cost me another $700 at the machine shop to fix what I tore up, so it was very $$$ by the time I got done. Oh well, live and learn.

Just a side note to anyone trying, a G-1355 axle half will NOT fit into an 1855 center axle tube, even though it looks like it will..... . Trust me, I know..... :-(

Jim, How bad is that 77? engine run? I have a 77D. By far the best tractor I've ever owned. Full load all day every day at a little more than gallon a hour and no trouble, it just runs and runs. Dad has a gas narrow front I would not mind changing to diesel if the price were right.

old, couldn't you have it shipped to your door step? It's not that far, I don't think it would cost that much to have it brought to you if you need it. Consider 2.00 gas price. Some things seem impossible but can be done with a little "digging". Good luck!

Shipping would cost as much as the front end. When you live in disablity it can be har to make it worth the money
