I will be going to an auction this weekend that has an Oliver Super 77 (not running) for sale. I have a 1951 Oliver 77 gas tractor that I am slowly attempting to restore. I need to know how many of the components are different in the 77 vs Super 77. I hope to use some of the sheet metal, fenders, tires/wheels, etc...
Any help would be appreciated

Warren, the components that I am aware of that may be different are:

Front engine frame
Brake components, housing (before 1952 model 77s)
Fenders-some 77s may have Oliver stamped in them
Dash Faceplate
Internal engine components-blocks are same but different pistons, sleeves, crankshaft, valves, etc. Carburetor
Air cleaner
Other components may be different depending on what optional equipment these tractors were equipped with.
