Galion road grader with an Oliver tranny

Got a 303 galion grader and there are 2 levers on it that I have no idea what they do. One on the right side has lickage that goes to the clutch houseing area and the other one goes in to the left side of the tranny. Anybody have any ideas of what they do?? I can't drive it yet because of a messing part in the steering box but I'd like to know what the lever do so I will have an idea before I do drive it. Thanks

I would guess one or both are a reversing mechanism. Don't know for sure, but I doubt that that old guy had a vibrator on it. Larry NE IL
