How about either a U. S. mail address or an e-mail address and we will send you a troubleshooting chart. The last issue of the HPOCA magazine had an article on troubleshooting charging systems with generators. It may not have all the answers, but it will help. To start with have you polarized the system? Have you bypassed the regulator? What have you done to analysis the problem other than replacing the battery and rebuilding the generator? How is the polarity of the system now positive or nagative ground? I have questions, I hope you do too.

Thank you for the response. The cables are now hooked up positive to ground.I did have someone mention the polarized thing to me but they did not understand it to be of any help. And yes i have put a new regulator on.
